REFUND POLICY FOR SUBSCRIPTIONS

You may cancel a CUSAFE subscription within 7 days from the transaction provided the application is not registered onto a phone. Once the Application is registered to the smart phone and a UDID has been registered the license is deemed as used and you will not receive a refund.

Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any without any additional cancellation fee

Please note that for gift subscriptions the refund time period begins on the date of purchase.

If you cancel your subscription but are not eligible for a refund, you will retain access to the CUSAFE system until your subscription expires. Should you wish to all remove access to the CUSAFE system delete the application from your smart phone.

Cancellations may be made by calling CUSAFE, providing the same information that you provided when you subscribed. Your cancellation must be received by end of business (5:00 p.m. eastern standard time) on the appropriate day as described above.

All refunds will be given to the original credit card on which the purchase was made. Please allow a reasonable time for the refund to reach you or be charged back to your account.

Subscription cancellations can be made through one of our Member Support Representatives, who can be reached by phone or by cancelling online by clicking here. • Client ID

• Given name

• Surname

• E-mail address used when subscribing

• Mobile Phone number the Application was registered on

• Reason for cancelling the Service

Note: Cancellation e-mails sent after business hours will not be fulfilled until the following business day. After processing your email request we will send a reply, including confirmation of the cancellation.
